Billing Issues:
If you’d like to cancel your subscription and not to be billed again, or for any billing questions including refunds on a case-by-case basis, please contact our billing partner, CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email at consumersupport@ccbill.com. You may also cancel directly from their Support Page.

Complaints: 

For all complaints, please contact us through support@muscleforce.com. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within seven (7) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to support@muscleforce.com.

Appeals: 

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email at support@muscleforce.com. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.

Technical Issues: 
Streaming Video
If you are having difficulty streaming our video, it may be due to a slow internet connection or an older computer. Here are a few tips that may help:
  • Select a lower video quality from the drop-down options under the video player.
  • Turn off any other programs you may be running (ad blocker, unneeded apps).
  • If you have a lot of browser tabs open, try closing as many as you can that aren’t needed.
  • Try another browser. We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome or Firefox. Some older versions of Safari are known to have issues.
